1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Carbanga.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service.

2. Marketplace & Listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Carbanga reserves the right to remove any listing that is deemed fraudulent, inaccurate, or in violation of our quality standards. All prices are listed in GHS unless otherwise stated.

3. Car Swapping & AI Valuations

The 'AI Recommended Top-Up' provided during the swap process is an estimate based on market data. It is NOT a final offer. All swaps are subject to a mandatory physical inspection by Carbanga-certified technicians before a trade is finalized.

4. Custom Car Orders

Custom orders require a commitment fee/deposit. This fee covers the sourcing and logistics work involved in importing your vehicle. Cancellation of custom orders after the vehicle has been purchased abroad may result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

5. AI Sales Assistant

Our AI assistant is designed to provide information and guidance. While we strive for accuracy, Carbanga is not liable for errors in AI-generated advice. Critical decisions regarding financial transactions should be confirmed with a human representative.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from the use of Carbanga.com will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Accra.
